Interesting Enough to Keep

It is an odd ad disturbing image.
You do not remember why you took it or where.
It is like so many things in your life, an experiment,
one that did not exactly fail, but did not exactly succeed either.
You are not left with art, but something intersting
enough to keep.

About this poem

I often say “life is one big science experiment.” Certainly I have lived that way for much of my life. The results of experiments are unpredictable. But never dull.

And no, I have no idea where I took that photograph. But I really like it.
